I am a licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Florida. I proudly graduated with my Doctorate degree from the University of Florida and am looking to provide resources and education about the profession of physical therapy and the rehabilitation of the human body from the comfort of your own home.
Our mission
Ever since graduating from my doctoral program and going out into the world as a practicing Physical Therapist, I have noticed a lack of resources that assist an individual trying to decide whether they are interested in pursuing the Physical Therapy route. Additionally, I believe in the importance of education for those looking to strengthen their body without the hassle of having to do much of your own research.

I thoroughly enjoy educating others based on my own experiences and along the way am looking forward to sharing tips and tricks regarding rehabilitation of the human body while in the comfort of your own home.
